Geosynthetic Cementitious Composite Mat for Drain Lining
Geosynthetic Cementitious Composite Mat, also known as GCCM, is a flexible concrete impregnated fabric that hardens when hydrated to form a thin, durable concrete mat. It is widely used for drainage protection, slope stabilization, erosion control, and other infrastructure applications where speed of execution and long-term durability are essential.
Our GCCM solutions are designed for projects that demand reliable performance, approved methodology, and complete site execution. The material is installed with all required fixtures, anchors, overlaps, curing, and finishing works as part of a complete job scope.
Project Scope
This work includes supply, transportation, installation, and supervision of Geo Synthetic Cementitious Composite Mat as a complete job. It covers all necessary activities such as material handling, site preparation, laying, fastening, anchoring, hydration, curing, and final surface finishing.
The work is executed as per approved drawings, product literature, specifications, and instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge. The contractor shall provide all labour, tools, machinery, lead, lift, transport, and incidental works required for successful completion.
Application Areas
The Geo Synthetic Cementitious Composite Mat is suitable for installation in:
- Catch water drains
- Line drains
- Side drains
- Longitudinal drains between tracks and road embankments
It is intended for locations where a durable concrete surface is required with fast installation and reduced maintenance.
Technical Requirements
The product proposed for this work must meet the required performance standards and certifications. It should provide strength, durability, and resistance suitable for demanding civil and railway drainage applications.
