3D Soil Stabilization & Erosion Protection System

ennkae Cell – GeoCell is a high-performance 3-dimensional soil stabilization and erosion protection system. Manufactured using High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) and welded at junctions, it forms a cellular confinement system ideal for various geotechnical applications. With its fast installation and superior structural integrity, ennkae Cell – GeoCell enhances ground performance across a wide range of environments.


Applications

  • Erosion Protection:
    Stabilizes slopes and prevents erosion on high embankments for highways, railways, and earthen dykes.

  • Liner Protection:
    Safeguards slope liners in municipal solid waste, hazardous waste, and mine tailing systems without causing punctures.

  • Load Support:
    Distributes loads over a larger area for pavements, access roads, ground improvements under embankments, and over weak or soft subgrades.

  • Retaining Wall Structures:
    Acts as facing for Mechanically Stabilized Earth (MSE) walls or forms gravity walls by stacking ennkae Cell – GeoCell units per the designed section.

Texture & Perforation

  • Texture:
    Polyethylene strips have rhomboidal indentations across both sides, with a surface density of 22–32 indentations per cm².

  • Perforation:
    Each strip features horizontal rows of holes with a maximum diameter of 10 mm. The total perforation area is less than 12% of the cell surface.
